The figure is shown with bent knees and arms extended forward holding two sheet gold rectangular danglers. The head is finely modeled with expressive facial features and an elaborate headdress composed of upright curved elements. Pendants of this type were worn as elite ornaments and reflect the sophisticated casting traditions and symbolic imagery of ancient Colombian goldwork.
