Each figure wears a large feathered headdress, ear spools, and a tunic with prominent tassels while holding a staff and shield. The staffs terminate in small profile heads, a motif associated with Sicán elite imagery. Vessels of this type were ceremonial drinking cups used in ritual contexts and elite feasting. A refined example with strong iconography and excellent display presence. Provenance: Batan Grande region, North Coast Peru.
