Description: Sheet gold mask of the Sicán culture, formed with repoussé facial features including large almond-shaped eyes, prominent nose, and stylized mouth. Masks of this type were associated with elite funerary regalia and represent one of the most recognizable forms of Sicán ceremonial metalwork. The bold planar construction and strong geometric features create a commanding display piece reflecting the sophisticated metalworking traditions of the Lambayeque region.
