In this Scene, He is Battling Two Sea Monsters Personified as Strombus Galeatus Conch Shells. The Heads of the Monsters were Modeled in Relief, While their Bodies were Painted on the Vessel, along with Ai Apaec who Wields a Tumi Knife Ready to Attack Them. Realistic Conch Shells are Painted and Modeled on the Body and Neck of the Vessel. Ai Apaec Frequently Appears with a Companion, Iguana Deity, who is modeled in Relief at the top of the Spout, Looking Down on the Battle.
