Description: Pair of male and female terracotta figures.”The Larger Figure is a Male Shaman with his Hands Held Up and Wearing a Head Band, Beaded Necklace, Geometric Mantel and Loin Cloth. The Smaller Figure is Female and is Wearing a Necklace and Neckband, a Geometric Decorated Cape and a Stripped Sash and Matching Skirt to the Cape. Both Figures have Elongated Heads, Which Represent Either the Influence of Drugs or From Skull Deforming, a Practice Done Throughout the Andes From the Formative Periods Onwards till the Chancay Period. The Frias Period is a Transition Period from the Chancay Tradition to the Peruvian Tradition
